摘要
目的分析围术期综合护理对胸腔镜肺癌根治术患者术后恢复的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2021年1月于我院行胸腔镜肺癌根治术的80例患者为研究对象,采用电脑盲选法将其分为对照组(n=40,围术期常规护理)与研究组(n=40,围术期综合护理)。比较两组的术后恢复情况、心理状态以及免疫功能。结果研究组的下床活动时间、肛门排气时间、首次进食时间以及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组的心理状态、免疫功能指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论围术期综合护理应用于胸腔镜肺癌根治术患者中的效果良好,有利于其术后恢复,改善心理状态,增强免疫功能。
Objective To analyze the influence of perioperative comprehensive nursing on postoperative recovery of patients undergoing thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer.Methods A total of 80 patients underwent thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected as research objects and divided into control group(n=40,perioperative routine nursing)and study group(n=40,perioperative comprehensive nursing)by computer blind selection method.The postoperative recovery,mental state and immune function of the two groups were compared.Results The time of getting out of bed,the time of anal exhaust,the time of first eating and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the mental state and immune function indexes of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative comprehensive nursing for patients undergoing thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer has a good effect,which is conducive to postoperative recovery,improving mental state and enhancing immune function.
