摘要
目的:观察俯卧位联合睡眠保护护理对早产儿睡眠的影响。方法:选取2022年3月至2023年3月厦门大学附属妇女儿童医院产科收治的早产儿86例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=43)和对照组(n=43)。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予俯卧位联合睡眠保护护理干预。比较2组早产儿的睡眠、出院时间、摄奶量、体温差、排便情况、体质量、达到足量喂养日龄及并发症的发生概率。结果:干预后,观察组早产儿的日平均睡眠时间、平均摄奶量明显高于对照组,而最大体温差、出院时间明显低于对照组,观察组早产儿的首次排便时间、胎便转黄的时间明显短于对照组,观察组早产儿恢复出生体质量时间、足量喂养日龄明显短于对照组,观察组早产儿出现并发症的概率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:使用俯卧位联合睡眠保护护理早产儿能够明显促进早产儿的生长发育,改善早产儿的各项生理指标,降低出现并发症的概率,值得临床推广使用。
Objective:To observe the effect of prone position combined with sleep protection nursing on sleep of premature infants.Methods:A total of 86 premature infants admitted to the obstetrics department of Women and Children′s Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group(n=43)and control group(n=43)according to random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given prone position combined with sleep protection nursing intervention.The sleep,discharge time,milk intake,temperature difference,bowel movement,body mass,age of adequate feeding and the probability of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the average daily sleep time and average milk intake of preterm infants in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while the maximum temperature difference and discharge time were significantly lower than those in the control group,the first defecation time and the time for fetal stool to turn yellow were significantly lower in the observation group,and the time for preterm infants in the observation group to recover birth weight and the age of adequate feeding were significantly lower than those in the control group.The probability of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:The use of prone position combined with sleep protection can significantly promote the growth and development of premature infants,improve the physiological indicators of premature infants,reduce the probability of complications,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
