健康教育护理干预对腰椎骨折患者的护理效果观察

摘要 目的探讨健康教育护理干预应用在腰椎骨折中的护理价值。方法选择2020年7月至2021年12月崇仁县人民医院收治的80例腰椎骨折患者作为研究病例,按照计算机随机将患者分为试验组和参照组,每组40例。参照组行常规护理,试验组在参照组的基础上加用健康教育,比较两组的排便症状评分、排便情况、GQOLI-74评分、护理满意度、并发症发生率、生活自理能力评分、健康行为评分。结果试验组排便症状评分优于参照组;与参照组比较,试验组首次排便时间快,试验组的肠鸣音次数少,恢复时间快;试验组干预后GQOLI-74评分高于参照组;试验组护理满意度(95.00%)高于参照组(80.00%);试验组并发症发生率(15.00%)低于参照组(42.50%);试验组干预后生活自理能力评分高于参照组;试验组健康行为评分高于参照组,差异呈现P<0.05。结论腰椎骨折患者实施健康教育护理可减少并发症发生率,提高患者的生活自理能力,促进患者康复,效果确切,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the nursing value of health education and nursing intervention in the treatment of lumbar spine fractures.Methods 80 patients with lumbar spine fractures admitted to Chongren County People's Hospital from July 2020 to December 2021 were selected as study cases.They were divided into an experimental group and a reference group using a computer table method.The reference group received routine care,while the experimental group received health education on top of the reference group.The defecation symptom score,defecation status,GQOLI-74 score,nursing satisfaction,complication rate,self-care ability score,and health behavior score of the two groups were compared.Results The score of defecation symptoms in the experimental group was better than that in the control group;Compared with the reference group,the experimental group had a faster first bowel movement time,fewer bowel sounds in the experimental group,and faster recovery time;After intervention,the GQOLI-74 score in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group;The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group(95.00%)was higher than that of the reference group(80.00%);The incidence of complications in the experimental group(15.00%)was lower than that in the control group(42.50%);After intervention,the scores of self-care ability in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group;The health behavior score of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group,with a difference of P<0.05.Conclusions Implementing health education and nursing care for patients with lumbar spine fractures can reduce the incidence of complications,improve their ability to take care of themselves,promote their recovery,and have a definite effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
