头脑风暴法联合DOPS在麻醉学本科教学中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨基于头脑风暴法的临床操作技能直接观察评估(direct observation of procedural skills,DOPS)在麻醉学本科实践教学中的应用和评价效果。方法 选择在蚌埠医学院第一附属医院麻醉科实习且在2020年6月—2022年6月完成实习的本科生60名,分为头脑风暴组和常规教学组,两组学生均参与麻醉科常规教学培训,头脑风暴组另外参与第1、3、5、7周的头脑风暴训练,实习过程中两组各进行三个阶段麻醉相关操作DOPS考核,通过对出科考核分数、DOPS考核成绩、教师和学生对评估结果的满意度分析,评价基于头脑风暴法的DOPS的教学效果。结果 头脑风暴组和常规教学组一阶段考核指标总平均分超过4分,三阶段考核单项评分平均分、总平均分均较二阶段考核成绩高,各项考核指标整体达到预期。出科考核教师对头脑风暴组学生的满意度和头脑风暴组学生对自己的满意度均高于常规教学组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),头脑风暴组学生出科考核理论成绩和实践操作成绩均高于常规教学组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 基于头脑风暴法的DOPS评估体系在麻醉专业本科学生的实践教学中效果明显,更好地提高了教学质量,提升了学习效果,增强学生的学习积极性和主观能动性。 Objective To explore the application and evaluation effect of direct observation and assessment of clinical operating skills direct observation of procedural skills(DOPS)based on brainstorming in undergraduate practical teaching of anesthesiology.Methods A total of 60 junior college students who practiced in the department of anesthesiology of the Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from June 2020 to June 2022 were divided into brainstorming group and routine teaching group.Routine teaching training in anesthesiology was given to the two groups,and brainstorming training was given to the brainstorming group in the first,third,fifth and seventh weeks.During the practice,the two groups were examined by DOPS in three stages of anesthesia-related operation.The teaching effect of DOPS based on brainstorming was evaluated through the analysis of examination scores,DOPS scores and teachers'and students'satisfaction with the evaluation results.Results The total average score of the first stage assessment index of the brainstorming group and the conventional teaching group was more than 4 points,and the average score of each single score and the total average score of the third stage assessment were higher than that of the second stage assessment.Teachers'satisfaction with students in the brainstorming group and students'satisfaction with themselves in the brainstorming group were higher than those in the conventional teaching group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Students in the brainstorming group had higher theoretical and practical scores than those in the conventional teaching group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The DOPS evaluation system based on the brainstorming method has obvious effect in the practical teaching of undergraduate students majoring in anesthesia,which better improves the teaching quality,enhances the learning effect,and enhances the students'learning enthusiasm and initiative.
