Objective To analyze the effect of nerve block teaching under ultrasound-guided in clinical anesthesia teaching practice. Methods Forty interns who first interned at the Anesthesiology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group(20 people)and a research group(20 people)based on the principle of random numbers. The control group received traditional blind puncture teaching, while the research group received brachial plexus block teaching. The theoretical and operational assessment scores, first operation success rate, and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The theoretical knowledge assessment scores and operational assessment scores of the research group were higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The success rate of one operation and satisfaction with teaching in the research group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical anesthesia teaching practice,ultrasound-guided nerve block has a good effect, can improve theoretical and practical performance, increase the success rate of one operation, and have high satisfaction.
