摘要
建立一种可对4-(三氟甲基)烟酰胺进行含量测定的高效液相色谱方法。采用Agilent C18色谱柱为固定相和二极管阵列检测器,在波长266nm条件下,以甲醇-0.5%冰乙酸水溶液(体积比20∶80)为流动相,对4-(三氟甲基)烟酰胺样品的含量进行定量分析。该方法中的线性相关系数(R^(2))为0.9999,标准偏差为0.25,变异系数为0.25%,平均回收率为100.25%。该方法线性关系良好,具有准确度高、重现性好、分离效果好等优点,适用于4-(三氟甲基)烟酰胺的定量分析和质量控制。
A method for separation and quantitative analysis of 4-(trifluoromethyl)nicotinamide was established by HPLC.The separation and quantitative analysis of samples were conducted by DAD detector at 266 nm with the mixture of methanol and 0.5%acetic acid solution(20:80,by vol)as mobile phase,and C18 column as fixed phase.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient(R2)was 0.9999.The standard deviation was 0.25,the coefficient of variation was 0.25%,and the average recovery rate was 100.25%.The method has several advantages such as high accuracy,good reproducibility and separation,indicating that it should be suitable for quantitative analysis and quality control of 4-(trifluoromethyl)nicotinamide.
