摘要
[目的]建立40%噁酮·烯酰悬浮剂中有效成分的分析方法。[方法]采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,使用ZORBAX SB-C18柱和二极管阵列检测器(DAD),以甲醇和0.1%磷酸溶液作流动相,分离40%噁酮·烯酰悬浮剂中的杂质和助剂等,并测定其主要成分噁唑菌酮和烯酰吗啉的含量。[结果]采用该分析方法,噁唑菌酮和烯酰吗啉分离效果良好,2者线性决定系数依次为0.9989和0.9998,标准偏差为0.06和0.07,变异系数分别为0.31%和0.37%,平均回收率分别高达99.78%和99.70%。[结论]该分析方法操作简便,分离效果好,精密度和准确度高,可用于40%噁酮·烯酰悬浮剂中有效组分的定量分析。
[Aims]The analytical method of famoxadone·dimethomorph 40%SC was established.[Methods]The determination of famoxadone and dimethomorph in the samples were conducted by HPLC with ZORBAX SB-C18 column,diode array detector(DAD),and the mobile phase of methanol and 0.1%phosphoric acid solution(75∶25,by vol)at a wavelength of 240 nm.[Results]The proposed method was efficient for the separation and measurement of famoxadone and dimethomorph.The linear correlation coefficients for famoxadone and dimethomorph were 0.9989 and 0.9998,and the average recoveries reached to 99.78%and 99.70%,with the standard deviations of 0.06 and 0.07,and the variation coefficient of 0.31%and 0.37%,respectively.[Conclusions]This method shows a potential for determining famoxadone and dimethomorph in the product due to its simple,convenient processing,high separation and accuracy.
