摘要
目的:观察运动处方式教学对医学院校新生身体素质的影响。方法:抽取我校2020级自愿参加的60名新生,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组30名。试验组进行每周4次、每次80分钟、连续16周的运动处方式教学干预。对照组进行日常运动。实验前后选取《国家学生体质健康测试标准》的项目评估学生身体素质。结果:与对照组比较,试验组的各项身体素质指标均显著提高。结论:16周的运动处方式教学干预能提高医学院校新生的身体素质。
Objective:To observe the influence of exercise prescription teaching on the physical fitness of medical college freshmen.Methods:Sixty freshmen from our university who voluntarily participated in the 2020 academic year were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 30 students in each group.The experimental group received exercise prescription teaching intervention for 80 minutes,four times a week for 16 consecutive weeks.The control group engaged in regular physical activities.The physical fitness of students was evaluated before and after the experiment using the“National Student Physical Fitness Testing Standards.”Results:Compared to the control group,the experimental group showed significant improvements in various physical fitness indicators.Conclusion:A 16-week exercise prescription teaching intervention can enhance the physical fitness of medical college freshmen.
