摘要
现代社会中,血栓威胁着人类的健康。现有的溶栓药物中,纤溶酶对溶栓具有显著效果。与其他微生物纤溶酶相比,纳豆激酶具有成本低、作用时间长、副作用少等优点,具有作为缓解心血管疾病功能性食品和药物的潜力。本综述旨在详细介绍纳豆激酶相关性质、生理功效、制备工艺的最新进展,以及应用面临的挑战和前景,以期为纳豆激酶的综合开发利用提供理论依据。
In modern society,thrombosis threatens human health.Among the existing thrombolytic drugs,plasmin has a significant effect on thrombolysis.Compared with other microbial plasmin,nattokinase has the advantages of low cost,long action time,and few side effects,it has the potential to be used as a functional food and drug for relieving and preventing cardiovascular disease.This review aimed to introduce the latest progress in detail of nattokinase properties,physiological efficacy,preparation technology,as well as the challenges and prospects of its applications in order to provide a theoretical basis for the comprehensive development and utilization of nattokinase.
