sdLDL-C、Hcy与急性冠脉综合征,严重程度的相关性分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨血清小而密低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(small dense low density lipoprotein-cholesterol,sdLDL-C)、同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)表达水平与急性冠脉综合征(acute coronary syndrome,ACS)的关系。方法回顾性分析佳木斯大学附属第一医院2020年1月-2020年10月经冠状动脉造影确诊的ACS住院患者462例,按照疾病的严重程度分为UA组(不稳定性心绞痛患者254例)、AMI组(急性心肌梗死患者208例);按病变分支数目分为单支病变组(130例)、双支病变组(154例)、三支病变组(178例)。对照组选取同时段健康体检人员165人作为研究对象;分析UA组、AMI组和对照组人群中sdLDL-C、Hcy的含量变化,不同疾病类型ACS患者的sdLDL-C、Hcy比较,不同病变分支ACS患者的sdLDL-C、Hcy水平变化,并进行相关性分析。结果三组患者年龄、性别比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组、UA组、AMI组研究对象的sdLDL-C、Hcy含量呈逐渐升高趋势,与对照组比较,UA组、AMI组患者sdLDL-C、Hcy含量均显著升高,且两两比较差异显著(P<0.05)。单支病变组、双支病变组、三支病变组研究对象的sdLDL-C、Hcy水平呈逐渐升高趋势,且两两比较差异显著(P<0.05),sdLDL-C、Hcy含量增加与加剧冠状动脉病变程度有关,AMI组sdLDL-C与Hcy含量呈正相关。结论sdLDL-C、Hcy含量随急性冠脉综合症患者的冠脉病变程度加重而升高,临床通过检测患者sdLDL-C、Hcy水平可对急性冠脉综合征的临床诊断及治疗提供一定的临床意义及指导价值。 Objective To explore the relationship between serum small and dense low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(sdLDL-C),homocysteamine(Hcy)expression levels and acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods Retrospectively included 462 inpatients who undergone coronary angiography with positive results in First Affiliated Hospital of Jiamusi University hospital from January 2020 to October 2020.According to the severity of the disease,the inpatients were divided into UA group(254 patients with unstable angina)and AMI Group(208 patients with acute myocardial infarction).According to the number of diseased branches,they were divided into single-vessel coronary lesion group(130 cases),double-vessel coronary lesion group(154 cases),and three-vessel coronary lesion group(178 cases).In the control group,the 165 health examiners at the same time were selected as the research objects.Analysis the changes in the levels of sdLDL-C and Hcy in the UA group,the AMI group and the control group,compare the levels of sdLDL-C and Hcy in patients with different disease types,and compare the levels of sdLDL-C and Hcy in patients with ACS with different disease branches,and make correlations analyze.Results There was no significant difference in age and gender of the three groups of patients(P>0.05).The sdLDL-C and Hcy contents of the study subjects in the control group,UA group and AMI group showed a gradual increase trend.Compared with the control group,the sdLDL-C and Hcy contents of the patients in the UA group and the AMI group were significantly increased,and the pairwise comparison was significant(P<0.05).The levels of sdLDL-C and Hcy in patients with single-vessel coronary lesion group,double-vessel coronary lesion group,and three-vessel coronary lesion group showed a gradualiy increasing trend,and the pairwise comparison was significant(P<0.05).The increase of sdLDL-C and Hcy content is related to the exacerbation of coronary artery disease,there was a positive correlation between sdLDL-C and Hcy content in the AMI group.Conclusion The ser
