摘要 本文主要以钢铁企业低压饱和蒸汽发电机组加热炉的控制为研究对象,针对加热炉在燃烧过程中因煤气量波动、饱和蒸汽波动、用汽波动等多因素的非线性、时变、多变量耦合影响,导致的能源二次利用率低、发电负荷低以及操作人员劳动强度大等问题进行了深入的调研分析,提出了一种基于和利时DCS的加热炉燃烧优化控制和机炉协调控制方案。通过实际应用验证,本方案可大幅度提高低压饱和蒸汽加热炉的燃烧控制稳定性、安全性及抗扰能力,实现了能源二次高效利用,并节约了生产成本。 This paper mainly takes the control of low-pressure saturated steam generator set heating furnace in iron and steel enterprises as the research object,and conducts in-depth investigation and analysis on the nonlinear,time-varying and multivariate coupling effects of multiple factors such as gas volume fluctuation,saturated steam fluctuation and steam consumption fluctuation in the heatingfurnace during the combustion process,resulting in low energy secondary utilization rate,low power generation load and high labor intensity of operators,and proposes a combustion optimization control and boiler-furnace coordination control scheme based on Hollysys DCS,which is verified by practical application.This scheme significantly enhances the combustion control stability,safety and anti-disturbance ability of low-pressure saturated steam heating furnace,realize the secondary and efficient utilization of energy,and save production costs.
