神东高钙煤对高炉理论燃烧温度的影响及工业实践

摘要 神东高钙烟煤作为一种典型的高挥发分烟煤,过去多被用作电厂火力发电,仅有少部分被用于高炉喷吹。文章通过建立高炉理论燃烧温度计算模型,计算不同喷吹配比条件下神东高钙烟煤对理论燃烧温度的影响,在此基础上进行了神东高钙烟煤高炉喷吹的工业试验。结果表明,喷吹神东高钙烟煤后,高炉风口前理论燃烧温度和煤气量均逐渐增加,其中煤气量的增加主要是由于煤气成分中的H_(2)量的增加导致。工业试验结果说明喷吹神东高钙烟煤后,高炉的各项经济技术指标均得到了明显的改善,证明了神东高钙烟煤应用于高炉喷吹的可行性,为提高神东高钙烟煤在炼铁领域的应用价值,促进高炉炼铁喷吹煤的优化选择提供了重要支撑。 As a typical high volatile bituminous coal,Shendong high calcium bituminous coal is mostly used as thermal power in power plants in the past,and only a small part is used for blast furnace injection.The influence of Shendong high calcium bituminous coal on the theoretical combustion temperature under different injection ratio conditions is calculated by establishing the calculation model of theoretical combustion temperature for blast furnace,and the industrial test on blast furnace injection of Shendong high calcium bituminous coal is carried out on this basis.The results show that after the injection of Shendong high calcium bituminous coal,the theoretical combustion temperature and gas volume before the blast furnace tuyere are gradually increased,and the increase of gas volume is mainly caused by the increase of H_(2)amount in the gas composition.The results of industrial tests show that,after the injection of Shendong high calcium bituminous coal,the economic and technical indicators of the blast furnace have been significantly improved,which proves the feasibility of Shendong high calcium bituminous coal in blast furnace injection,and provides important support for improving the application value of Shendong high calcium bituminous coal in the field of ironmaking and promoting the optimal selection of blast furnace ironmaking injection coal.
