摘要
以某炼油厂360 kt/a重整预加氢装置改造为C_(5)/C_(6)异构化装置为例,本着“改造费用最低、设备利旧最大化、建设周期最短”的原则,从技术路线选择、改造方案、应用效果及经济效益评价等方面探讨了闲置预加氢装置改造为C_(5)/C_(6)异构化装置的技术路线及效果。研究结果表明,将预加氢装置改造为C_(5)/C_(6)异构化装置是闲置重整预加氢装置再利用的最佳途径之一。
Taking a 360 kt/a reforming hydrogenation unit of a refinery as an example,based on the principle of“minimizing revamping cost,maximizing equipment reuse and shortening the construction period”,the process route and effect of revamping an idle unit of naphtha hydrotreating(NHT)into a C_(5)/C_(6) isomerization unit were discussed from the aspects of process selection,construction scheme,application effect and economic benefit evaluation.The results showed that the conversion of a 360 kt/a NHT unit to a C_(5)/C_(6) isomerization unit was one of the best ways to reuse the idle NHT unit.
