摘要
本文主要探究了分馏塔底温度、重整反应温度、反应催化剂种类、余隙调节技术、机泵变频加装、加热炉热效率等对重整装置提质增效的影响,通过优化操作参数、更改反应催化剂、使用先进的设备技术,使得重整汽油收率由86.61%增加至87.04%,增加0.43%。装置能耗较去年同期下降1.67kg标油/t,燃料气每月可节约15.6t,电量每月可节约39887kW·h。NO_(X)排放值由72.8mg/Nm3降至46.5mg/Nm^(3),减少了污染物的排放。
This paper mainly explores the effects of fractionation column bottom temperature,reforming reaction temperature,reaction catalyst types,residual gap adjustment technology,pump frequency conversion installation,heating furnace thermal efficiency,etc.on the quality and efficiency of reforming unit,and the yield of reforming gasoline increased from 86.61%to 87.04%,an increase of 0.43%by optimizing the operating parameters,changing the reaction catalyst and using advanced equipment technology.Compared with the same period last year,the energy consumption of the device decreased by 1.67 kgEo/t,and the fuel gas can be saved by 15.6 t per month,and the electricity can be saved by 39887 kW·h per month.NO_(X) emission value was reduced from 72.8 mg/Nm3to 46.5 mg/Nm^(3),reducing pollutant emissions.
