双燃料蒸汽过热系统性能优化及工程应用案例

摘要 详细阐述了双燃料蒸汽过热系统的性能特点及工程应用案例,由运行参数可知,该系统将2.73MPa,374.7℃的蒸汽过热至2.72MPa,514.8℃,满足发电机组发电要求且保持稳定,解决了现有余热回收系统回收不稳定,甚至无法开车的问题,下游余热锅炉蒸汽温度和烟气温度双提高,可极大提高系统的回收效率。 The performance characteristics and engineering application of the dual-fuel steam superheating system are elaborated.From the operating parameters,the system will overheat the steam of 2.73MPa and 374.7℃to 2.72MPa and 514.8℃,which meets the requirements of the generator and remains stable.The system solves the problem that the existing waste heat recovery system is unstable and even unable to drive,double the steam temperature and the flue gas temperature of the downstream waste heat boiler,which can greatly improve the recovery efficiency of the system.
