摘要
进入21世纪以来,全球步入了一个新发传染病的高发期,给人群健康带来较大的威胁。党的二十大报告中提出要“推进健康中国建设”“创新医防协同、医防融合机制,健全公共卫生体系,提高重大疫情早发现能力,加强重大疫情防控救治体系和应急能力建设”。重大特殊时期早发现的核心在于加强基层卫生人员的流行病学调查能力。探讨在医防融合背景下,如何创新对传染病流行病学的教学,加强产教融合,通过课程教学改革,为基层培养具备医防结合的复合应用型医学人才提供参考。
Since the 21st century,the world has entered a period of new infectious diseases,bringing a great threat to the health of the population.The report of the 20th CPC National Congress not only proposed to promote the construction of a healthy China,but also proposed to innovate the coordination mechanism of medical treatment and prevention,improve the public health system,improve the ability of early detection of major epidemics,and strengthen the prevention,control and treatment system of major epidemics and the building of emergency capacity.The core point of early detection of major epidemics is to strengthen the epidemiological investigation ability of grass-roots health workers.This study will explore how to innovate the teaching of infectious disease epidemiology and strengthen the integration of industry and education under the background of the integration of medicine and prevention,and provide reference for training compound applied medical talents with the combination of medicine and prevention at the grass-roots level through the course teaching reform.
