摘要
通过对"One Health"理念提出的背景、发展历史的梳理,并结合我国的生态环境状况、公共卫生风险与生态文明建设战略等情况,探讨了"One Health"理念提出的内涵和当代价值。"One Health"理念包括人、动物与环境等三者之间的整体健康;其当代价值在于传播了一种"万物一体、万物健康"的理念;主张建立一种包括人、动物和环境乃至整个生态系统在内的整体健康观;提出了跨学科、跨专业共同合作,应对全球生态危机挑战的战略框架;力图推动公共卫生部门、兽医部门、环境管理部门等相互协作,在"One Health"理念指导下共同应对现存的和新兴的医学挑战。
This paper studies the background, connotation and contemporary value of the concept of ＂One Health＂ in connection with the situation of ecological environment, the risk of public health and the strategy of building an ecological civilization in China. The concept covers the overall health for people, animals and the environment. Its contemporary value lies in the dissemination of the idea of ＂all in one, health for all＂. It advocates the establishment of a view of overall health for humans, animals, the environment and the ecological system. It puts forward the strategic framework of interdisciplinary cooperation in the face of the challenges posed by the global ecological crisis. It promotes cooperation between public health departments, veterinary departments and the environmental management departments under the guidance of the ＂One Health＂ concept, so as to jointly cope with existing and emerging challenges in medicine.
