摘要
谈心谈话是提高青年学生思想政治教育实效性的重要方式和主要途径,也是高校辅导员履行九大职责的基本素养和必备技能。现阶段,辅导员开展谈心谈话工作时,在思想意识、谈话风格、谈话时机、谈话技能、谈话模型构建等方面都分别存在不同程度的不足或困难,需要从理论学习和案例解构、模拟演练和技能实践、实战操练和复盘反思、培训保障和制度规范等层面予以纾解,并从重视谈心谈话价值、提升谈心谈话素养、区分谈心谈话类型、构建谈心谈话模型、把握谈心谈话时机、遵循谈心谈话原则等方面生成谈心谈话智慧,做好谈心谈话的实施,最终能形成良好的育人效果,解决学生的实际困难、缓解学生的心理困扰、提升学生的行动自觉、形成共性问题的对策。
Talking is an important way and the main way to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education of young students,and it is also the basic quality and necessary skills for college counselors to fulfill their nine duties.At this stage,when counselors carry out the work of heart-to-heart talk,there are different degrees of deficiencies or difficulties in ideological awareness,talk style,talk timing,talk skills,talk model construction,etc.,which need to be relieved from the levels of theoretical learning and case deconstruction,simulation exercises and skills practice,combat drills and review reflections,training and protection,and institutional norms.The wisdom of talk talk is generated from the aspects of emphasizing the value of talk talk,improving the quality of talk talk,distinguishing the type of talk talk,constructing the model of talk talk,grasping the timing of talk talk,following the principle of talk talk,etc.,and doing a good job in the implementation of talk talk,which can ultimately form a good effect of nurturing,solving the practical difficulties of students,alleviating the psychological disturbances of students,enhancing the self-awareness of the students actions,and forming the countermeasures to the common problems.
