摘要
高校辅导员是与大学生联系最紧密的人群。在日常工作中要深入学生,了解学生,融入学生,全面掌握学生的基本情况和思想动态,有针对性地开展学生工作。谈心谈话是开展大学生思想政治教育和日常教育管理的重要手段,加强高校辅导员谈心谈话工作有助于提升大学生思想道德水平、了解学习生活状态、心理状况,应将谈心谈话工作贯穿于整个学生工作中。目前高校辅导员谈心谈话工作存在意识缺乏、方法欠缺、成效不明显、机制不完善等问题。因此,高校辅导员应从提升专业素养、加强工作理念、创新谈心谈话方式方法三方面改进,切实提高谈心谈话工作的成效。
College counselors are the people who have the closest contact with college students.In their daily work,they should go deep into students,understand students,integrate into students,fully grasp the basic situation and ideological trends of students,and carry out student work targeted.Heart to heart talk is an important means to carry out college students’Ideological and political education and daily education management.Strengthening the heart to heart talk of college counselors will help improve college students’Ideological and moral level,understand their study and life status and psychological status.Heart to heart talk should be run through the whole student work.At present,there are some problems in college counselors’heart to heart talk work,such as lack of consciousness,lack of methods,inconspicuous effect and imperfect mechanism.Therefore,college counselors should improve their professional quality,strengthen their work ideas and innovate the ways and methods of heart to heart talk,so as to effectively improve the effectiveness of heart to heart talk work.
