发酵玉米蛋白粉对肉羊生长性能、屠宰性能及肉品质的影响 被引量:1

The effect of fermented corn protein powder on the growth performance,slaughtering performance,and meat quality of meat sheep

摘要 文章旨在研究发酵玉米蛋白粉对肉羊生长性能、屠宰性能及肉品质的影响,试验选取160只健康无病,且初始体重相近的肉羊,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复10只。其中,对照组参考《肉羊营养需要量(NY/T816-2021)》标准饲喂基础日粮,其余3组分别用20%、40%、60%的发酵玉米蛋白粉替代基础日粮中的豆粕。试验为期60 d,试验期间,各组肉羊采用相同的饲养管理措施,自由饮水,自由采食。结果表明,(1)20%发酵玉米蛋白粉组肉羊的结束体重、平均日增重显著高于对照组、40%发酵玉米蛋白粉组、60%发酵玉米蛋白粉组(P <0.05),60%发酵玉米蛋白粉组肉羊的平均日采食量显著高于对照组(P <0.05),对照组、20%发酵玉米蛋白粉组肉羊的料重比显著低于60%发酵玉米蛋白粉组(P <0.05)。(2)20%发酵玉米蛋白粉组肉羊的宰前活重、胴体重显著高于对照组、40%发酵玉米蛋白粉组、60%发酵玉米蛋白粉组(P <0.05),20%发酵玉米蛋白粉组肉羊的净肉重、眼肌面积显著高于40%发酵玉米蛋白粉组、60%发酵玉米蛋白粉组(P <0.05)。(3)40%发酵玉米蛋白粉组、60%发酵玉米蛋白粉组肉色黄度b*显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:20%的发酵玉米蛋白粉替代基础日粮中的豆粕能提高肉羊的生长性能和屠宰性能。 In order to study the effects of fermented corn protein meal on the growth performance,slaughter performance,and meat quality of meat sheep,160 healthy and disease-free meat sheep with similar initial weight were selected for the experiment.They were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 4 replicates in each group,with 10 sheep in each replicate.Among them,the control group was fed with the basic diet according to the“Nutrient Requirements for Meat Sheep(NY/T816-2021)”standard,while the other three groups were fed with 20%,40%,and 60%fermented corn protein meal instead of soybean meal in the basic diet.The experiment lasted for 60 days.During the experiment,each group of mutton sheep adopted the same feeding and management measures,and were free to drink and eat.The results showed that,(1)The end weight and average daily gain of meat sheep in the 20%fermented corn protein powder group were significantly higher than those in the control group,40%fermented corn protein powder group,and 60%fermented corn protein powder group(P<0.05).The average daily feed intake of meat sheep in the 60%fermented corn protein powder group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the feed to weight ratio of meat sheep in the control group and 20%fermented corn protein powder group was significantly lower than that in the 60%fermented corn protein powder group(P<0.05).(2)The pre slaughter live weight and carcass weight of meat sheep in the 20%fermented corn protein powder group were significantly higher than those in the control group,40%fermented corn protein powder group,and 60%fermented corn protein powder group(P<0.05).The net meat weight and eye muscle area of meat sheep in the 20%fermented corn protein powder group were significantly higher than those in the 40%fermented corn protein powder group and 60%fermented corn protein powder group(P<0.05).(3)The yellowness b*of the 40%fermented corn protein powder group and the 60%fermented corn protein powder group was significantly higher than that of the co
