摘要
文章旨在研究蝇蛆粉对肉鸡生长性能、免疫功能及饲养经济效益的影响。试验将黄羽肉鸡120只随机分成4组,每组3个重复,每个重复10只(公母各半)。其中试验1组饲喂基础日粮,试验2、3、4组分别在基础日粮中添加2.5%、5.0%、7.5%的蝇蛆粉,试验为期21 d。结果表明:(1)与试验1组相比,试验2组肉鸡平均日增重显著提升(P <0.05),料重比显著降低(P <0.05);试验3、4组肉鸡末重、平均日增重显著提升(P <0.05),平均日采食量、料重比显著降低(P <0.05)。(2)与试验1组相比,试验4组肉鸡血清中IgA、IgM含量显著提升(P <0.05);试验3组肉鸡血清中IgM含量显著提升(P <0.05)。(3)试验3组肉鸡平均日育肥收益为0.398元/(只·d),比试验1、2、4组分别提高26.35%、12.75%、11.17%。综上所述,在黄羽肉鸡基础日粮中添加不同水平蝇蛆粉可以提高肉鸡的生长性能、免疫功能及养殖效益。在本试验中,在肉鸡基础日粮中添加5.0%的蝇蛆粉对肉鸡生长性能与经济效益的提升效果最佳。
The purpose of the experiment is to affect fly maggot powder on the growth performance,immune function and feeding economic benefits of broilers.120 yellow-feathered broilers were selected,randomly divided into 4 groups,3 repetitions per group,10 repetition(s half for male and female).Among them,group 1 feeds the basic diet,and groups 2,3 and 4 add 2.5%,5.0%and 7.5%fly maggot powder to the basic diet respectively,with a trial period of 21 days.The results showed that:(1)compared with group 1,the average daily weight gain of broilers in group 2 increased significantly(P<0.05),and the material weight ratio decreased significantly(P<0.05);the average daily weight gain and average daily intake of broilers in groups 3 and 4 increased significantly(P<0.05),and the material weight ratio decreased significantly(P<0.05).(P<0.05).(2)Compared with group 1,the serum levels of IgA and IgM in group 4 broilers increased significantly(P<0.05);and IgM content in the serum of broilers in group 3 increased significantly(P<0.05).(3)The average daily fattening income of group 3 broilers was 0.398 yuan/(day only),an increase of 26.35%,12.75%and 11.17%over groups 1,2 and 4,respectively.To sum up,adding different levels of fly maggot powder to the basic diet of yellow-feathered broiler can improve the growth performance,immune function and feeding economic benefits of broilers.In this experiment,adding 5.0%fly maggot powder to the basic diet of broilers has the best effect on improving the growth performance and economic benefits of broilers.
