摘要
为研究日粮添加不同植物油对育肥猪生长性能及体内维生素D含量的影响,试验选择80头健康、生长状况良好的120日龄育肥猪,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复5头。分别使用菜籽油、亚麻油和葵花油替代日粮中的大豆油作为试验日粮。试验为期63 d(预饲期7 d,正试期56 d)。试验结果表明,日粮添加不同植物油对育肥猪终末体重、平均日增重、平均日采食量、料重比、胴体重和眼肌面积无显著影响(P> 0.05),日粮中添加菜籽油有增加育肥猪背膘厚度的趋势(P=0.0579);日粮添加菜籽油显著增加皮下脂肪和肝脏中维生素D含量(P <0.05);日粮添加不同植物油对育肥猪血浆、背腰最长肌和肾脏维生素D含量无显著影响(P> 0.05);日粮中添加菜籽油的育肥猪肝脏CYP2R1活性显著高于其他各组(P <0.05);日粮中添加不同植物油对育肥猪肝脏CYP27A1和CYP24A1活性无显著影响(P> 0.05)。总之,不同植物油对育肥猪生长性能无显著影响,但日粮添加菜籽油可显著增加育肥猪皮下脂肪维生素D的含量。
The effect of adding different plant oils to the diet on the growth performance and vitamin D content in the body of finishing pigs.Select 80 healthy and growing 120 day old finishing pigs and randomly divide them into 4 groups,with 4 replicates in each group,with 5 pigs in each replicate.Rapeseed oil,linseed oil and sunflower oil were used to replace Soybean oil in the diet as the experimental diet.The experiment lasted for 63 days(pre experiment 7 days,formal experiment 56 days).The results showed that the final body weight,average daily gain,average daily feed intake,feed to weight ratio,the same body weight and eye muscle area of finishing pigs were not significantly affected by the addition of different vegetable oils to the diet(P>0.05).The addition of Rapeseed oil to the diet tended to increase the back fat thickness of finishing pigs(P=0.0579);The dietary Rapeseed oil significantly increased the content of vitamin D in subcutaneous fat and liver(P<0.05);There was no significant effect of different vegetable oils on vitamin D content in plasma,back and waist Longissimus muscle and kidney of finishing pig(s P>0.05);The liver CYP2R1 activity of finishing pigs fed with Rapeseed oil was significantly higher than that of other groups(P<0.05);Adding different plant oils to the diet did not significantly affect the liver CYP27A1 and CYP24A1 activities of fattening pigs(P>0.05).In conclusion,different vegetable oils had no significant effect on the growth performance of finishing pigs,but the dietary Rapeseed oil significantly increased the content of vitamin D in the fat under the skin of finishing pigs.
