摘要
文章阐述了中山大学教师发展中心建立“评价—培训—激励”教师教学发展模式的经验和做法。通过融合课程质量多元评价体系、“学校—院系—教研室”三级联动培训模式、教学激励机制,推动高质量教师教学发展体系建设,为持续推进教师教学能力提升营造良性环境。
The establishment of the“evaluation-training-incentive”teaching development model for teachers,which improves the teaching development system for teachers and creates a benign environment conducive to the sustainable development of teachers through the multi-dimensional evaluation system of course quality,the three-tier linkage training model of“school-faculty-teaching&research office”,and the integration of the teaching in-centive mechanism.
