类型教育视域下高职“三教”改革的路径研究 被引量:1

摘要 高职“三教”改革是职业教育类型定位优化的核心要素,是职业教育功能定位的重要因素,是“双高”建设的切入点和突破口。通过阐述高职“三教”改革的内涵,剖析高职“三教”改革过程中的困境,从建机制、搭平台、聚四能等组建高水平教师队伍;从教材的内容、形式、育人功能等开发育训融合优质规划教材;从课堂革命、学分银行、课程思政等创新教学范式,开启高职“三教”改革的实施路径,为高职“双高”建设的落地提供借鉴和指导。 The"Three-Education"reform in higher vocational education is the core content of optimizing the orientation of vocational education types,the important factor in the functional orientation of vocational education and the entry and breakthrough point of the"Double-high"construction.By expounding the connotation of the reform of"Three-education"in higher vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the difficulties in the process of the reform,builds a mechanism and a platform,gather four sides to form a high level teaching staff.From the teaching material content,the teaching material form,educates the human function and so on development training fusion high quality plan teaching material,innovate teaching methods such as classroom revolution,academic bank,curriculum ideology and politics,etc.It provides reference and guidance for the"Double-high"construction in higher vocational colleges.
