摘要
线粒体作为治疗缺血性脑卒中的重要靶标,通过线粒体生物发生、线粒体动力学、线粒体钙稳态、氧化应激、线粒体自噬、线粒体跨细胞转移及铁死亡等多方面参与缺血性脑卒中的生理病理过程。针刺减轻脑缺血再灌注损伤的机制与改善线粒体超微结构有关,通过改善线粒体形态结构、促进线粒体生物发生、调节线粒体动力学、抑制氧化应激、调节线粒体自噬多方面改善缺血性脑卒中症状。但目前研究较为薄弱并缺乏系统性;各病理过程之间的相互影响,多病理环节之间的交互作用有待进一步论证;线粒体作为内源性保护机制的主要效应器,在针刺预处理中的作用需进一步探索。
Mitochondria,as an important target for the treatment of ischemic stroke,participate in the physiological and pathological process of ischemic stroke through mitochondrial biogenesis,mitochondrial kinetics,mitochondrial calcium homeostasis,oxidative stress,mitochondrial autophagy,mitochondrial intercellular transfer and iron death.The mechanism of acupuncture alleviating cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury is related to improving the ultrastructure of mitochondria.The symptoms of ischemic stroke can be improved by improving the morphological structure of mitochondria,promoting mitochondrial biogenesis,regulating mitochondrial dynamics,inhibiting oxidative stress and regulating mitochondrial autophagy.However,the research is weak and there is a lack of systematic study;the interaction between pathological processes and the interaction between multiple pathological links needs further demonstration;Mitochondria,as the main effector of endogenous protective mechanism,need to be further explored in acupuncture pretreatment.
