摘要
目的:探索嗅三针对痴呆大鼠大脑边缘叶胆碱能系统功能的影响作用。方法:测定大鼠大脑边缘叶乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)和胆碱乙酰化酶(ChAT),并测试大鼠记忆能力。结果:迷宫学习记忆能力测试表明,嗅三针组成绩优于模型组(P<0.01);嗅三针组大脑边缘叶乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)和胆碱乙酰化酶(ChAT)活性明显高于模型组(P<0.01)。结论:嗅三针可以增强中枢神经胆碱能系统的功能,并且由此对痴呆大鼠产生治疗作用。
Objective:To explore the effect of XIU three needles on cholinergic system in the cerebral marginal lobe of the Alzheimer Disease(AD)rats.Methods:Examing the levels of AChE and ChAT in the cerebral marginal lobe.The leaning-memory ability was tested.Results:Compared with model group,the The leaningmemory ability of XIU three needles group are much better(P〈0.01);The cerebral marginal lobe AChE and ChAT activities of XIU three needles group were significantly higher than those of model group(P〈0.01).Conclusion:XIU three needles may reinforce the cholinergic function of central nervous system,thereby to treat the AD rats.
