摘要
脚气是脚部真菌感染之后形成的一种常见皮肤病。为探寻中药针对本类病菌的抑菌效果,以苦参、黄柏、蛇床子、金银花、板蓝根、蒲公英为中药抑菌成分,薄荷油、冰片为消炎、止痒、抗刺激成分,甘油为保湿成分,人参提取液为抗菌、消炎、皮肤营养供给成分。经抑菌检测实验、皮肤刺激性实验、样品试用评价后,结果显示中药组合物添加量为50%时对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、白念珠菌有较强抑菌性能,无皮肤刺激性,祛除脚气效果明显,具有良好的市场前景。
Beriberi is a common skin disease formed after fungal infection of the feet.To explore the antibacterial effect of traditional Chinese medicine against this type of pathogen,this study used Sophora flavescens,Cortex phellodendri,Fructus cnidii,Lonicera japonica,Radix Isatidis,and Dandelion as antibacterial ingredients,peppermint oil and borneol as anti-inflammatory,anti-itching,and anti-irritant ingredients,glycerol as moisturizing ingredients,and ginseng extract as antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,and skin nutrient supply ingredients.After the bacteriostasis test,skin irritation test and sample trial evaluation,the results show that when the addition amount of the traditional Chinese medicine composition is 50%,it has strong bacteriostasis against Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli and Candida albicans,no skin irritation,and obvious effect of removing beriberi,which has a good market prospect.
