摘要
脚气是致病真菌感染所引起的一种常见皮肤病。为探寻蜂胶制剂对此类病菌的抑制效果,本研究以蜂胶、蜂花粉、中草药为主要原料,采用三因素三水平的正交设计制备了9个处理,经初步对热带假丝酵母与黑曲霉菌的抑制试验,结果显示各处理样对这两类真菌有一定的抑制作用,且热带假丝酵母的抑菌率达到了95%以上。在试验中,G号处理样抑菌效果较为理想,水平A_3、B_2、C_3组合成的A_3B_2C_3为最优水平组合。
beriberi is pathogenic fungal infection caused by a common skin disease.To explore propolis preparation for such bacteria inhibition effect,this study to propolis,bee pollen,Chinese herbal medicine as the main raw material,the use of three factors three levels of orthogonal design preparation nine processing,after the preliminary in tropical Candida and aspergillus inhibitory test,the results showed that the treatment sample on these two types of fungi have certain inhibition, and tropical Candida antibacterial rate achieved 95%above.In the test,the G number processing sample bacteriostatic effect more ideal,horizontal A_3,B_2,C_3 composite A_3B_2C_3 for optimal level combination.
