摘要
以菘蓝种子为试材,采用培养皿发芽法,研究不同浓度NaCl处理对菘蓝种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,与CK相比,低浓度NaCl(≤20 mmol/L)处理下菘蓝种子的发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数、发芽速度指数无显著变化,高浓度NaCl 处理(≥60 mmol/L )下菘蓝种子各项发芽指标均显著降低;10~20 mmol/L NaCl处理能促进菘蓝幼苗生长,叶片MDA含量无显著变化,40~100 mmol/L NaCl处理时幼苗生长显著受抑制,叶片MDA含量显著增多。
In this experiment, the germination test with culture dishes was conducted to study the effects of NaCl stress on seed germination and seedling growth of Isatis indigotica.The results indicated that compared with CK, the treatment with low NaCl concentration (≤20 mmol/L) had no significant effects on germination percentage, germination index, vigor index and germination velocity index, while that with high NaCl concen-tration (≥60 mmol/L) decreased the seed germination parameters significantly.The treatments with 10~20 mmol/L NaCl increased the seedling growth, and had no significant effect on MDA content.But under 40~100 mmol/L NaCl treatments, the seedling growth was inhibited and the MDA content increased significantly.
