摘要
随着国家人口形势的发展,相关人口政策的调整和提高国民生育意愿的配套措施的发布,家庭式托育作为多元化托育服务体系的重要组成部分,逐渐受到学界和普通民众的关注。在网络高度发达的背景下,网络社交平台成为人们表达观点的重要途径,知乎作为大型社交平台,聚集了公众对于家庭式托育的观点。研究以知乎问答平台中关于家庭式托育的内容为文本,采用扎根理论的研究方法,经过逐级编码,最终形成内涵认知、秉持态度、发展要素和影响因素4个核心类属。通过对核心要素的分析了解当前我国公众对家庭式托育的认知和态度,并基于对家庭式托育的发展要素及影响因素的认识,提出发展建议:畅通渠道,深化公众认知;合理规划,完善顶层设计;优化要素,提升服务质量;多方参与,实现合作共赢。
With the development of the national population situation,the adjustment of relevant population policies,and the introduction of accompanying measures to increase national fertility willingness,family-style childcare,as an integral part of a diversified childcare service system,has gradually attracted the attention of academia and the general public.In the context of a highly developed internet landscape,online social platforms have become crucial avenues for people to express their opinions.ZhiHu,as a prominent social platform,aggregates the publics perspectives on family-style childcare.This research employs content from the ZhiHu question and answer platform related to family-style childcare as textual data.Using the grounded theory research method and a step-by-step coding process,four central categories are ultimately derived:connotative cognition,persisting attitude,developmental elements,and influencing factors.By analyzing these core elements,we gain insights into the current understanding and attitudes of the Chinese public toward family-style childcare.Based on the recognition of developmental factors and influencing aspects of family-style childcare,the research presents the following development recommendations:Foster open channels to enhance public awareness;Develop reasonable plans to refine top-level designs;Optimize components to enhance service quality;Encourage multi-party participation to achieve collaborative success.
