摘要
通过正交试验研究了减水剂、保水剂、引气剂掺量对预拌砂浆表观密度、保水性及抗压强度的影响,结果表明:引气剂是影响表观密度和抗压强度的主要因素;保水剂是影响保水性的主要因素;当减水剂掺量为0.10‰,保水剂掺量为0.10‰,引气剂掺量为0.06‰时,砂浆性能指标最优。
This study investigates the influence of water reducer,water-retaining agent,and air entraining admixture on the apparent density,water retentiveness,and compressive strength of ready-mixed mortar using orthogonal experiments.The results indicate that the air entraining admixture has the most significant impact on the apparent density and compressive strength.The water-retaining agent plays a crucial role in determining the water retentiveness of the mortar.Optimal performance is achieved when the water reducer content is 0.10‰,the water-retaining agent content is 0.10‰,and the air entraining admixture content is 0.06‰.
