摘要
该文选用市场上两种典型预拌砂浆增稠剂羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)和聚丙烯酰胺(PAM),研究了增稠剂对预拌砂浆稠度、保水性和力学性能的影响。研究结果显示:在预拌砂浆中,分别加入羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)和聚丙烯酰胺(PAM),可有效改善拌合物的稠度和保水性,同时,聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)可一定程度上提高砂浆试件的力学强度,羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)则使砂浆硬化体强度降低;在符合规范规定的前提下,综合考虑产品性能与成本,应优先选用羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)作为预拌砂浆增稠剂。
In this paper,two typical ready-mixed mortar thickeners in the market,hydroxypropyl methylcellulose(HPMC)and polyacrylamide(PAM),were adopted to study their influence on the consistency,water retention and mechanical properties of ready-mixed mortar.The research results showed that the adding of HPMC and PAM to the ready-mixed mortar can effectively improve the consistency and water retention of the mixture.Meanwhile,PAM can,to a certain extent,elevate the mechanical strength of the mortar specimen,while HPMC reduces the strength of the hardened mortar body;Under the premise of conforming to the specifications,and considering the product performance and cost,HPMC should be preferred as the thickener for ready-mixed mortar.
