EPS/脱硫石膏墙体材料的制备与性能研究 被引量:1

Research on Preparation and Performance of EPS/Desulfurized Gypsum Wall Material

摘要 以再生EPS颗粒为轻骨料,改性脱硫石膏为胶凝材料,制备EPS/脱硫石膏轻质墙体材料.选用羟丙基甲基纤维素醚(HPMC)对胶凝材料浆体增黏,研究HPMC掺量对EPS/脱硫石膏墙体材料匀质性和力学性能的影响.结果显示:当HPMC掺量为0.05%时,墙体材料匀质性良好,力学性能最佳.在此基础上,研究EPS掺量对墙体材料表观密度、力学性能、抗冻性和导热性的影响.结果表明:EPS掺量增大使墙体材料表观密度、力学性能和导热系数逐渐降低.当EPS掺量为70%时,墙体材料28 d抗压、抗折强度分别为5.9 MPa和1.5 MPa,表观密度为801 kg/m^(3),导热系数为0.391 W/(m·K),冻融循环50次的强度损失率与质量损失率分别为12%和1.4%,为节能利废型轻质保温墙体材料研究提供参考. Regenerated EPS particles are used as lightweight aggregates and modified desulfurized gypsum is used as cementing material to prepare EPS/desulfurized gypsum lightweight wall materials.The hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose(HPMC)was selected to increase the viscosity of the cementitious material slurry,and the influence of the amount of HPMC on the uniformity and mechanical properties of the EPS/desulfurized gypsum wall material was studied.Moreover,when the HPMC content is 0.05%,the wall material has good uniformity and the best mechanical properties.On this basis,the effects of EPS content on the apparent density,mechanical properties,frost resistance and thermal conductivity of wall materials were studied.Moreover,the apparent density,mechanical properties and thermal conductivity of wall materials decrease with the increase of EPS content.When the EPS content is 70%,the 28 d compressive and flexural strength of the wall material are 5.9 MPa and 1.5 MPa respectively,the apparent density is 801 kg/m^(3),the thermal conductivity is 0.391 W/(m·K),and the strength loss rate and mass loss rate of 50 freeze-thaw cycles are 12%and 1.4%respectively,which provides a reference for the research of energy-saving and waste-recycling lightweight thermal insulation wall materials.
