聚苯乙烯/脱硫石膏墙体材料性能优化研究

摘要 以改善聚苯乙烯(EPS)/脱硫石膏墙体材料的轻质性与保温性为主要目的,设计正交试验探究EPS掺量、玄武岩纤维掺量、水胶比三个因素共同作用下脱硫石膏墙体材料的表观密度、抗折强度、抗压强度、吸水率、软化系数及导热系数的变化规律。结果表明,EPS掺量对EPS/脱硫石膏墙体材料轻质性影响显著,水胶比对EPS/脱硫石膏墙体材料保温性影响显著,当水胶比为0.70,玄武岩纤维掺量为1.8%,EPS掺量为1.0%时,可制备出表观密度为0.777 g/cm^(3)、导热系数为0.2264 W/(m·K)的轻质保温脱硫石膏墙体材料。 To improve the lightness and thermal insulation of EPS/desulfurized gypsum wall material,orthogonal experiment was designed to explore the apparent density,flexural strength,compressive strength,water absorption,softening coefficient and thermal conductivity of desulfurized gypsum wall material under the combined action of EPS content,basalt fiber content and water binder ratio.The results showed that EPS content had a significant effect on the light weight of EPS/desulfurized gypsum wall material,and the water-binder ratio had a significant effect on the insulation property of EPS/desulfurized gypsum wall material.When the water-binder ratio was 0.70,the basalt fiber content was 1.8%,and the EPS content was 1.0%,the light thermal insulation desulfurized gypsum wall material with the apparent density of 0.777 g/cm^(3) and thermal conductivity of 0.2264 W/(m·K)could be prepared.
