赣南地区7种常见野菜聚硒能力及评价 被引量:1

Selenium Accumulation Ability and Evaluation of Seven Common Wild Vegetables in Gannan Region

摘要 为筛选聚硒能力强、应用价值高的农产品,赣州市蔬菜花卉研究所引进大叶荠菜、马齿苋、水芹、苦菜、平卧菊三七、红皮菜、藜蒿7种赣南地区常见野菜,对其进行外源硒处理试验,进一步开展了外源硒对野菜可食用部位硒累积的影响研究,为富硒产品生产实践提供参考。结果表明:①7种野菜均有较强的聚硒能力,在硒含量0.1648±0.037 mg/kg的土壤低硒区就已达到富硒蔬菜标准;②按植物科属的层级分类,7种野菜聚硒能力并无明显规律;③7种野菜聚硒能力存在明显差异,土壤富硒状态下,红皮菜聚硒能力居首位,可食用部位平均总硒含量达1.927±0.159 mg/kg,富集系数(PUF)0.821,且在硒过量区可食用部位平均总硒含量降为1.638±0.247 mg/kg,对土壤硒毒害具有调节作用。红皮菜营养价值高、聚硒能力强,但含有吡咯里西啶类生物碱会造成肝损伤,如能建立科学合理的减毒工艺,必能促进该优良野菜的开发推广。 In order to screen agricultural products with strong selenium accumulation ability and high application value,the Ganzhou Vegetable and Flower Research Institute introduced seven common wild vegetables in southern Jiangxi,including Capsella bursa-pastoris,Portulaca oleracea,Oenanthe javanica,Patrinia villosa,Gynura procumbens,G.bicolor,and Artemisia selengensis,and conducted experiments on exogenous selenium treatment.At the same time,the influence of exogenous selenium on selenium accumulation in the edible parts of wild vegetables was further carried out,which provides a scientific basis for the production practice of selenium-enriched products.The results showed that:①7 kinds of wild vegetables have strong selenium capacity,and reached the standard of selenium-rich vegetables in the soil low selenium area with selenium content of 0.1648±0.037 mg/kg;②According to the hierarchical classification of plant families and genera,there is no obvious law in the selenium accumulation ability of the 7 wild vegetables;③There are significant differences in the selenium accumulation ability of seven wild vegetables.In the selenium rich state of the soil,Gynura bicolor have the highest selenium accumulation ability,with an average total selenium content of 1.927±0.159 mg/kg in edible parts and an enrichment coefficient(PUF)of 0.821.In the selenium excess area,the average total selenium content in edible parts decreased to 1.638±0.247 mg/kg,which has a regulatory effect on soil selenium toxicity.Gynura bicolor has high nutritional value and strong selenium accumulating ability,but containing pyrrolizidine alkaloids can cause liver damage.If a scientific and reasonable detoxification process can be established,it will promote the development and promotion of this excellent wild vegetable.
