摘要
[目的]为组培繁殖虎杖种苗提供参考。[方法]采用组培法,以虎杖带节的嫩茎段及顶芽为外植株进行离体培养。[结果]适于虎杖芽诱导的培养基为MS培养基,每一节段均长出一个芽;增殖培养基和生根培养基均为MS+0.05 mg/L BA+0.2 mg/L NAA+马铃薯5%;增殖系数为4~6,生根率96%以上,移栽成活率90%以上。[结论]此方法在很大程度上提高了虎枚组培的繁殖系数与移栽成活率。
[Objective] To provide reference for the in vitro rapid propagation of Polygonum cuspidatum.[Method] The apical buds and knotted young stems of Polygonum cuspidatum were selected for the in vitro rapid propagation by tissue culture.[Result] MS medium and young stems whose every segment had a bud were suitable for rooting induction of Polygonum cuspidatum.The most suitable inducing and rooting medium was MS+0.05 mg/L BA+0.2 mg/L NAA+5% Potato-juice.The inductive rate was 4-6,rooting rate was above 96%,and survival rate was above 90%.[Conclusion] The method improved the inductive rate and survival rate of Polygonum cuspidatum to a large extent.
