摘要
肝毒性吡咯里西啶类生物碱(hepatotoxic pyrrolizidine alkaloids,HPAs)是植物产生的一类天然毒素,可在人体内蓄积,对肝脏产生副作用。HPAs具有种类多样,含量低,广泛存在于基质复杂的中药材等特点,故而高效的前处理技术和高灵敏度的仪器分析是实现中药材中HPAs分析检测的关键。本文综述了近年来中药材中HPAs的净化富集和分析技术,对比并探讨了不同分析方法的研究现状和技术优缺点,并提出相应建议,以便为中药材限量标准的制定提供技术支撑,并为中药材中内源性毒性成分的研究提供参考。
Hepatotoxic pyrrolizidine alkaloids(HPAs)are a class of natural toxins coming from plants,which can accumulate in the human body and cause side effects on the liver.HPAs have different characterestics,such as the various types,low content and widely existence in Chinese medicinal materials with complex substrates.Therefore,efficient pretreatment technology and highly sensitive instrumental analysis are crucial to realize the analysis and detection of HPAs in Chinese medicinal materials.This paper reviews the purification,enrichment and analysis technologies of HPAs in Chinese medicinal materials in recent years,compares and discusses the research status and technical bottlenecks of different analytical methods,and puts forward suggestions,in order to provide technical support for the formulation of limit standards for Chinese medicinal materials,and provide supplementary reference for the study of endogenous toxic components in Chinese medicinal materials.
