2020—2022年11种植物性饲料原料中黄曲霉毒素B_(1)、赭曲霉毒素A、伏马毒素(B_(1)+B_(2))检测分析及污染防控措施 被引量:1

摘要 为跟踪掌握黄曲霉毒素B_(1)、赭曲霉毒素A、伏马毒素(B_(1)+B_(2))在植物性饲料原料中的污染状况和污染趋势,在2020—2022年3年期间,对饲料产品主要使用的11种植物性饲料原料开展为期3年的调查采样,采集144份样品,其中2020年、2021年、2022年分别采集49份、50份、45份,对黄曲霉毒素B 1、赭曲霉毒素A、伏马毒素(B_(1)+B_(2))进行检测分析。黄曲霉毒素B 1、赭曲霉毒素A、伏马毒素(B_(1)+B_(2))在11种植物性饲料原料中的检出率、超标率分别为38.19%、6.94%;其中2020年、2021年、2022年检出率分别为34.69%、40%、40%;2020年、2021年、2022年超标率分别为8.16%、8%、4.44%。11种植物性饲料原料中的黄曲霉毒素B 1、赭曲霉毒素A、伏马毒素(B 1+B 2)检出率分别为19.44%、0.69%、28.47%;超标率分别为6.94%、0、0;最大检测值分别为442μg/kg、5.7μg/kg、50.66 mg/kg。其中3种10份植物性饲料原料中黄曲霉毒素B 1超标,其他原料无超标;3种霉菌毒素在11种植物性饲料原料中的检出率与超标率不成正比。表明3种霉菌毒素在植物性饲料原料中污染比例较高且呈上升趋势,超标率略有下降,整体污染危害较重,对饲料、养殖产品及消费安全造成严重危害。针对该问题,提出控制植物性饲料原料质量安全措施,有针对性地帮助饲料企业和养殖企业做好霉菌毒素防控,减少霉菌毒素对饲料产品质量和养殖安全带来的严重危害,降低经济损失,为今后开展植物性饲料原料中3种霉菌毒素污染提供防控措施参考。 In order to track the pollution status and pollution trend of aflatoxin B_(1),ostratoxin A and fumaroxin(B_(1)+B_(2))in plant feed materials,a 3-year survey and sampling of 11 plant feed raw materials mainly used in feed products were conducted from 2020 to 20223,and 144 samples were collected.Among them,49,50 and 45 samples were collected in 2020,2021 and 2022,respectively,to detect and analyze aflatoxin B_(1),ochratoxin A and fumaroxin(B_(1)+B_(2)).The detection rate and over standard rate of aflatoxin B_(1),ochratoxin A and fumaroxin(B 1+B_(2))in 11 plant feed materials were 38.19%and 6.94%,respectively.The detection rates in 2020,2021 and 2022 were 34.69%,40%and 40%,respectively.The over-standard rates in 2020,2021 and 2022 were 8.16%,8%and 4.44%,respectively.The detection rates of aflatoxin B 1,ochratoxin A and fumaroxin(B_(1)+B_(2))in 11 plant feed ingredients were 19.44%,0.69%and 28.47%,respectively.The over-standard rates were 6.94%,0 and 0,respectively.The maximum test values were 442μg/kg,5.7μg/kg,and 50.66 mg/kg,respectively.Aflatoxin B 1 in 3 kinds of 10 plant feed raw materials exceeded the standard,and the other raw materials did not exceed the standard.The detection rate of three mycotoxins in 11 plant feed materials was not proportional to the over standard rate.The results showed that the pollution ratio of the three mycotoxins in plant feed raw materials was high and showed an increasing trend,and the over standard rate was slightly decreased.The overall pollution hazard was serious,which caused serious harm to feed,aquaculture products and consumption safety.In response to this problem,the quality and safety measures for plant feed raw materials were put forward to help feed enterprises and breeding enterprises do a good job in mycotoxin prevention and control,reduce the serious harm caused by mycotoxin to feed product quality and breeding safety,reduce economic losses,and provide reference for prevention and control measures for the three mycotoxin pollution in plant feed raw materials in th
