高效液相色谱串联质谱测定粮谷及饲料中玉米赤霉烯酮及其代谢物和伏马毒素B_1、B_2 被引量:11

Determination of Zearalenone and Its Metabolites and Fumonisins B_1 and B_2 in the Grain and Feed with HPLC-MS/MS

摘要 为建立粮谷及饲料中玉米赤霉烯酮及其代谢物和伏马毒素B1、B2的高效液相色谱串联质谱检测方法,本试验将样品经甲醇:水(3∶1)提取,强阴离子交换柱(MAX)富集净化,利用C18色谱柱分离,电喷雾串联四极杆质谱ESI源,在多反应监测模式(MRM)下采用正负离子同时扫描,对8种真菌毒素进行高效液相色谱串联质谱法测定。结果经方法学验证,8种物质的回收率大于70%,标准偏差均小于10,变异系数均小于10%,表明该检测方法能够满足包括欧盟、日本、美国等国家和地区对玉米赤霉烯酮及其代谢物,伏马毒素B1、B2等毒素的痕量检测的要求。 The detection method of zearalenone and it's metabolites and fumonisins B1 and B2 in the grain and feed with high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS) was established. The sample was extracted by methanol: water (3:1), purified by strong anion exchange column (MAX), and then the eight kinds of fungus toxin in the sample were determinated by the HPLC-MS/MS (using C18 chromatographic column, ESI source and scaning in the multiple reaction monitoring mode (MRM) under the positive and negative ions at the same time). The results shew that the recoveries of the eight kinds of samples were all higher than 70%, the standard deviation was 〈 10, and the coefficient of variation was〈10%, which shew that this method can satisfy the detection requirements of zearalenone and it's metabolites and fumonisins B1 and B2 in such countries and regions as European Union, Japan, the United States.
