摘要
创新驱动发展背景下推进“专精特新”中小企业成长是实现产业科技创新的重要支撑。本文从整合式创新的理论视角,基于三家典型企业成长的案例分析,构建了“专精特新”中小企业成长的影响因素,包括战略创新(政策引导支持和企业战略升级)、协同创新(上下游企业合作和共建研发中心)、自主创新(加大研发投入和重视技术引进)、开放创新(缔结战略伙伴、建设开放文化)和全面创新(数智化转型和营造全员创新),并对影响因素和策略进行了讨论。本文的研究结论为“专精特新”中小企业成长与培育提供了理论借鉴与启示。
Promoting the growth of specialized and sophisticated small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)in the context of innovation-driven development is an important support for the realization of industrial scientific and technological innovation.From the theoretical perspective of integrated innovation and based on the case studies of three typical enterprises,this paper constructs the influencing factors for the growth of specialized and sophisticated SMEs,including strategic innovation(policy guidance and support and enterprise strategy upgrading),collaborative innovation(cooperation between upstream and downstream enterprises and the construction of R&D centers),independent innovation(increasing R&D investment and paying attention to technology introduction),open innovation(establishing strategic partners and building an open culture)and comprehensive innovation(digital and intelligent transformation and creating all-employee-engaged-in innovation),and discusses the influencing factors and strategies.The findings of this paper provide theoretical references and inspirations for the growth and cultivation of specialized and sophisticated SMEs.
