摘要
本文通过高技术产业1995-2016年13个细分行业的数据进行实证分析,探究技术引进和合作研发两种不同模式的研发国际化对创新绩效的直接影响和滞后效应,并分析先验知识水平和人力资本两个吸收能力维度的中介效应。研究表明,合作研发型研发国际化长期来看对技术创新绩效促进作用更显著;而技术引进型研发国际化短期内对产品创新绩效提升作用明显,但是存在阻碍技术创新的可能性,说明直接的技术引进尽管将新产品引入了市场,但对产业技术水平难以有显著推动作用。在吸收能力中介作用过程中,先验知识水平在外部知识内化阶段作用更强,并且对技术引进型和产品创新的中介效应更显著。此外,基于先验知识与人力资本的吸收能力在合作研发型和产品创新绩效之间都具有完全中介效应,说明学习和知识的有效积累、高素质的研发人员是合作研发促进创新能力提高的有力保障。
Based on data of 13 high-tech industries between 1995 and 2016, this paper studied the direct and lagged effect of technology import and cooperative R&D on innovation performance, And studied the mediation effects of prior knowledge and human capital.The research results show that the internationalization of cooperative R&D has a more significant effect on technological innovation performance in the long run;while the internationalization of technology introduction has a significant effect on the improvement of product innovation performance, but there is a possibility of hindering technological innovation. It means that although new products are introduced into the market, it is difficult to significantly promote the industrial technology innovation. In the intermediary role of absorptive capacity, priori knowledge plays a stronger role in the internalization of external knowledge. The intermediary effect between technology introduction and product innovation is more significant. In addition, a priori knowledge and human capital have a complete mediation effect between the cooperative R&D and product innovation performance. This shows cumulative of learning and knowledge and highly qualified R&D staffs are important factors that improve innovation capability by cooperative R&D.
