摘要
高价值专利管理是企业知识产权管理的一个重要部分,把握高价值专利生命周期的各个关键环节则是高价值专利管理的基础。本文在高价值专利及其管理的有关概念基础上,从企业高价值专利生命周期的内部、外部管理出发对管理的各个关键环节进行了梳理与介绍,为企业高价值专利生命周期的管理提供借鉴参考。
High value patents management is an important part of the enterprise intellectual property management. Grasping the key points of the high value patent lifecycle is the foundation of high value patent management. According to the related concepts of high value patents and the management, the key aspects of the management from the internal and external management of the enterprises of the high value patent lifecycle were introduced in this paper, which provided a reference route for the high value patent lifecycle management to the enterprises.
