摘要
校企深度融合创新是《中国教育现代化2035》的核心。学生通过企业合作将知识应用于实践,培养操作能力和创新思维,通过行业讲座、实地考察加深行业理解,提高自身的职业素质,进而促进就业。文章探讨了产教融合在“设计管理”教学中的实践,分析了其对学生能力培养的影响,以期推动教学改革和人才培养。
The deep integration and innovation of schools and enterprises is the core of China Education Modernization 2035.Students apply knowledge to practice through enterprise cooperation,cultivate operational skills and innovative thinking,deepen industry understanding through industry lectures and field visits,improve their own professional quality and ultimately promote employment.This paper explores the practice of integrating industry and education in“Design Management”teaching,analyzes its impact on students’ability development,and aims to promote teaching reform and talent cultivation.
