The Exploration of Talent Training Based on the Integration of“Post Course Competition Certificate”under the Background of 1+X Certificate--Taking Numerical Control Technology Major in Higher Vocational Education as an Example

摘要 针对学院成功申报的“数控车铣加工”1+X证书试点,以此为基础开展“岗课赛证”融合的数控技术专业人才培养探索。指出了当前数控专业人才培养中存在的培养目标偏离社会需求、专业教师企业实践缺乏和校企协同育人资源欠缺等问题。讨论了1+X证书背景下“岗课赛证”融合的社会价值。提出了通过构建“岗课赛证”融合专业课程体系、开展1+X证书背景下的课程教学改革以及提升教师专业技术能力和教学水平等举措,来探索1+X证书背景下数控技术专业“岗课赛证”融合的人才培养有效路径。 Aiming at the I+X certificate pilot of“CNC turning and milling”successfully applied by the college,we will carry out the exploration on the training of CNC technology professionals based on the integration of“post course competition certificate”.This paper points out the problems existing in the current training of numerical control professionals,such as the deviation of training objectives from social needs,the lack of professional teachers'enterprise practice and the lack of school enterprise collaborative education resources.This paper discusses the social value of the integration of“post course competition certificate”under the background of 1+X certificate.It is proposed to explore the effective path of personnel training for the integration of“post course competition certificate”of CNC technology major under the background of 1+X certificate by constructing the professional course system of“post course competition certificate”,carrying out the curriculum teaching reform under the background of 1+X certificate,and improving the professional technical ability and teaching level of teachers.
