摘要
随着经济和社会的快速发展,我国对人才的需求不断增加,对人才的要求也在不断提高。教育是培育人才的重要途径,唯有良好的教育,才能造就优秀的人才。当前,教育正在进行变革。在人才培养方面,采用创新的管理方式非常有必要,可以全方位地推动人才的培养。分析了工学结合的内涵与特征,探讨了工学结合模式下高职学生管理工作存在的问题,并以此为基础提出了工学结合模式下高职学生管理工作的创新路径。
With the rapid development of economy and society,China’s demand for talents is increasing,and the requirements for talents are also increasing.Education is an important way to cultivate talents,and only good education can create outstanding talents.Education is currently undergoing a transformation.In terms of talent training,it is very necessary to adopt innovative management methods to promote the cultivation of talents in an all-round way.The connotation and characteristics of the combination of engineering and learning are analyzed,the problems existing in the management of higher vocational students under the combination of engineering and learning mode are discussed,and on this basis,an innovative path for the management of higher vocational students under the combination of work and academia is proposed.
