摘要
本文以北京急救中心为研究对象,通过分析近年院前急救药品使用情况,分析院前型急救医疗机构中药品管理与使用存在的各类问题,并归纳总结。从院前急救工作中药品的供应、储存、携带、使用及处方开具等多角度对院前急救药品使用中存在的问题与潜在风险进行充分的分析,查找原因。为降低院前急救用药风险,提高院前急救安全用药能力,需要通过加强院前急救药品管理的制度建设,提升药品综合管理水平,从药品采购、储存、合理用药、医务人员业务能力提升、强化监督等多方面切实加强院前急救安全用药能力。
This paper takes Beijing Emergency Center as the research object,analyzes the use of pre-hospital emergency drugs in recent years,analyzes various problems existing in the management and use of drugs in pre-hospital emergency medical institutions,and summarizes.The problems and potential risks in the use of pre-hospital emergency drugs were fully analyzed from the perspectives of the supply,storage,carrying,use and prescription of drugs in pre-hospital emergency work,and the reasons were found.In order to reduce the risk of pre-hospital emergency drug use and improve the ability of safe drug use in pre-hospital emergency drug use,it is necessary to strengthen the system construction of pre-hospital emergency drug management,improve the level of comprehensive drug management,and effectively strengthen the ability of safe drug use in pre-hospital emergency drug use from many aspects,such as drug procurement,storage,rational drug use,improvement of medical personnel's professional ability,and strengthening supervision.
