摘要
目的:分析药剂科施行药事管理在医院管理工作中的重要性。方法:贵州省赤水市中医医院于2020年1—12月开展常规药事管理(对照组),2021年1—12月开展针对性药事管理(观察组),比对两组效果。结果:观察组药品分类错误发生率、不合理用药发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组药品采购、药品管理、药品调剂、药品使用、总评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组患者满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.012)。结论:药剂科施行药事管理对医院管理工作十分必要,开展针对性药事管理后,能明显降低药品分类错误、不合理用药发生率,提高患者满意度,利于医院综合管理水平提高。
Objective:To analyze the importance of pharmacy administration in hospital management.Methods:The Guizhou Chishui Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine carried out routine drug management(control group)from January 2020 to December 2020,and targeted drug management(observation group)from January to December 2021.The effect between the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of drug classification error and irrational drug use in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Drug purchase,drug management,drug dispensing,drug use and total scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);The satisfaction of patients in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.012).Conclusion:The implementation of drug management in the pharmacy department is very necessary for hospital management.After carrying out targeted drug management,the incidence of drug classification errors and irrational drug use can be significantly reduced,patient satisfaction can be improved,and the level of hospital comprehensive management can be improved.
