摘要
基于黄河流域9省(自治区)2012—2021年数据,从整体和各省两个维度分析黄河流域经济发展以及生态环境的现状,结果显示:黄河流域各省(自治区)经济发展不平衡、不充分且生态环境脆弱。在深入分析现状的基础上,从政策、产业和生态三个方面提出建议,一是要加强政策扶持、优化协调发展机制。二是要优化产业布局、推动绿色产业升级。三是要强化生态保护、促进绿色低碳发展。
Based on the 2012-2021 data of nine provinces(autonomous regions)in the Yellow River Basin,the current situation of economic development and ecological environment in the Yellow River Basin is analysed from the overall and provincial dimensions,and the results show that the economic development of the provinces(autonomous regions)in the Yellow River Basin is unbalanced,insufficient,and fragile in terms of ecological environment.Based on the in-depth analysis of the current situation,suggestions are made from three aspects:policy,industry and ecology.Firstly,policy support should be strengthened and the coordinated development mechanism should be optimised.The second is to optimise the industrial layout and promote the upgrading of green industries.The third is to strengthen ecological protection and promote green low-carbon development.
