摘要
黄河流域生态环境与工业经济之间的协同发展是实现黄河流域高质量发展的关键。构建生态环境保护与工业经济高质量发展耦合协调评价指标体系,基于黄河流域城市级面板数据,运用相关的空间统计工具计算黄河流域生态环境保护、工业经济高质量发展以及二者耦合协调度的空间分布特征和时间演变趋势,并采用Dagum基尼系数分解法研究了其差异来源。结果表明:黄河流域生态环境保护与工业经济高质量发展水平整体不高,存在较明显区域差异;从二者耦合协调度的时空演化特征来看,时间上显示上升趋势,空间上呈现以内蒙古中部、陕西中部、山东东部为核心的聚集发展格局;工业经济高质量发展水平与环境保护水平区域间差距较大,差异主要来源于超变密度。基于研究结论,从加强环境规制推动黄河流域绿色发展、推动黄河流域生态环境保护与工业高质量发展等方面提出了相应的对策建议。
The coordinated development between the ecological environment and the industrial economy of the Yellow River Basin is the key to achieving high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin.In this paper,a coordinated evaluation index system for the coupling of ecological environmental protection and high-quality development of industrial economy is constructed,and based on the city-level panel data of the Yellow River Basin,the spatial distribution characteristics and temporal evolution trend of ecological environmental protection,high-quality development of industrial economy and the coupling coordination degree of the two are calculated by relevant spatial statistical tools,and the difference sources are further studied by dagmkini coefficient decomposition method.The results show that:(1)The overall level of ecological environmental protection and high-quality development of industrial economy in the Yellow River Basin is not high,and there are obvious regional differences;(2)From the perspective of the spatio-temporal evolution characteristics of the coupling and coordination degree of the two,the time shows an upward trend,and the spatial development pattern with central Inner Mongolia,central Shaanxi and eastern Shandong as the core is presented;(3)The level of high-quality development of the industrial economy and the level of environmental protection vary greatly from region to region,and the difference is mainly due to super variable density.Based on the research conclusions,this paper puts forward corresponding policy suggestions from the aspects of promoting the high-quality development of the industrial economy in the Yellow River Basin according to local conditions,strengthening environmental regulation to promote the green development of the Yellow River Basin,and promoting the coupling of ecology and industry in the Yellow River Basin.
