摘要
教育教学质量是对职业院校长期发展产生影响的关键因素。完善的职业教育教学质量评价体系是促进职业院校自身办学质量和管理水平得到提高的主要依据,更是教育行政督导以及教育研究部门监控与评价职业教育教学水平的重要根源。因此,职业教育院校有必要建立一个适合自身发展的教学质量评价体系,同时与一定的反馈方式及激励机制紧密结合,激发教师加强对教学内容的研究,不断改进教学方法,确保教学质量得到显著提升。基于此,对构建职业教育教学质量评价体系的多方面问题进行详细的探讨,以期为今后的相关研究提供参考。
The quality of education and teaching is the key factor affecting the long-term development of vocational colleges.The perfect evaluation system of teaching quality in vocational education is the main basis for promoting the quality and management level of vocational colleges,and it is also the important source for the supervision of educational administration and educational research departments to monitor and evaluate the teaching level of vocational education.Therefore,it is necessary for vocational education colleges to establish evaluation system of teaching quality suitable for their own development.At the same time,it is closely combined with certain feedback methods and incentive mechanisms to stimulate teachers to strengthen the research on teaching content and constantly improve teaching methods to ensure that teaching quality is significantly improved.Based on this,this paper discusses the various problems in the construction of evaluation system of teaching quality in vocational education in detail,in order to provide reference for future research.
